Cartel Park is an ongoing project involving major internal reinforced concrete works including 28 reinforced pads and connecting ground beams, alongside external infrastructure upgrades comprising new drainage, block paved carriageways and footways, a 1,300m² reinforced service yard, and associated landscaping and fencing.

Acorn Industrial Estate, Crayford
This project involves drainage remedial works and external surfacing improvements, including replacement of approximately 200m of kerb lines, renewal of 1,000m² of block paving, and planning out and relaying 1,600m² of car park surfacing with associated footway reinstatement.

Geddings Road, Hoddesdon
We completed a full re-design of the existing drainage system prior to gaining approvals and completing the onsite installation. The works consisted of a 150m3 attenuation tank, oil separator unit, pumping station chamber, rising main and associated drainage. We also completed other external remedial works to the yard and car park areas.

We completed a full re-design of a bell-mouth to tackle a ponding issue. The works consisted of kerb alteration, speed ramp and block paved table installation, re-laying areas of paving, landscape clearance and drainage cleansing.

Gordon Grove involves major refurbishment and reconstruction works within three railway arches – including slab breakout, reduced level excavations and installation of new reinforced concrete floor slabs. The external scope includes new drainage, services installations and full yard reconstruction with capping layers and a new tarmac finish.

At Northstowe, Doherty Civil Engineering completed multiple drainage and highway drainage excavations across an occupied development, delivering works to adoptable standards in coordination with the main contractor Cambridgeshire County Council.

Doherty Civil Engineering completed all groundworks associated with the installation of a new electrical sub-station and associated apparatus on an operational warehouse unit. The works consisted of excavation, steel fixing and formwork, concrete works, ducting and existing drainage alteration.
